Hi! I applied and completed the skills hare training, when will I hear back?

Hello! I qualified as an Asana Ambassador under a previous email address (previous employer). Would it be possible to transfer that status to my new email address (or a durable personal email address)? Thanks for any advice on this.

Welcome, @Lisa_Fernandes,

I believe you have to go through the joining process again and then the change is automatic. Sorry, but I believe it only takes a few minutes.

Thanks,

Larry

Thank you, Larry! The only link I can find wants me to go through the Ambassador Course again. Is that what you mean? Or is there a better way/link?

Oops, never mind! I think I figured it out. :grinning:

Yes, I believe it was going through the Ambassador course again (but it’s quick!). Is that what you learned?

(Sorry, I wasn’t 100% sure and didn’t have the time to look it up before.)

Yes, that is exactly right and it was quick, for sure!
