Issues accessing Asana account and using the Help Centre

I have a profile that has access to 3 different accounts.

When I log into the account for my organisation, a notification message appears “Asana account migration complete”. Your account has been successfully migrated to comply with our new email policy. Activation emails for your new accounts will be sent to their notification emails shortly"

When I try to access my client’s account/organisation - an error message appears “Access Denied”. The client has checked on their end and I still have access as a member.

I can’t even contact support, because when I visit the help centre, but it is stuck on a “login template title” page with a message “please wait a moment while we sign you into the Asana help centre”.

I tried clearing cache, history, cookies. And also using an incognito window with no browser extensions. But I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
