Is there a way to search and filter comments made by me on a specific date or date range?

As far as I am aware you cannot pull a list of all tasks where the removed user commented on but comments will still be available in general

comments still show under the relevant person‘s name

Here is an example:

This user was removed from our org a few months ago but comments still show under his full name:

I can see you also created a separate post for this.

Now in regards to “not commented on by” this is also not possible. You can however create a separate post in the Product Feedback category
