Is there a way to add a constant to a custom field formula?

As per the topic, is there a way to add a constant to a custom field formula? For example, I’m trying to calculate an “Average rate” which is my hourly budget in dollars, divided by estimated time (in hours). But it turns out it calculated estimated time in calculated minutes, so my average rate is per minute, which isn’t as useful. I would like to simply multiply the result by 60.

Is there any way to do this?
