Is it possible to synch/backup the tasks of some crucial projects to external list either online or offline?

Hi, now with the server being offline and Asana not being in offline mode by default (see my request: Offline mode in Asana: what you can and cannot do - #24 by Auke_Smit ) I was left hanging in my meeting not being able to access the tasks to discuss.

So until the offline thing is improved, is there a way to automatically synchronize the tasks in a project to an external document in google drive, dropbox, or something offline on my computer?

Just as a back up this would have saved me in the meeting, now I could not discuss the details on the tasks that were assigned to this meeting.

It would even be better as the offline mode on the app was on by default, so all tasks would still be there, and the app would warn me it is offline, but now the app refreshed and I had nothing to see.

Synching to an external source would be a nice backup to at least reference the tasks.

We use ProBackup for this

Looks good, but almost the same price for the advanced asana we have.
Looking for a simpler solution, just to not have nothing in case of a meltdown.

Found it, just synching with google sheets. It is nice native to Asana functions and we already have a google account. See how to: https://help.asana.com/s/article/google-sheets-asana

This is limited to 500 rows though 🔢 List of technical and data limitations in Asana

Ah good point..

However it seems to synch in the default view order from top to bottom, so with to discuss tasks on top and done on the bottom, this is more than enough of a backup for me.
