When someone submits a form for a task, they get a receipt email with everything they submitted. this is great, but because all of these emails have the same subject line ([name of form] submission received), if someone responds by forwarding that email receipt to me (which happens regularly), outlook puts all of these emails in one thread. is there a way to have the email receipt have a unique subject line? thanks!
