[iOS 14 Widget] Add the option to see more tasks instead of just tasks due today (All tasks, due this week etc.)

This is such an important feature.
I just got back to Asana after a few years away and I was really disappointed on how the widget for iOS is.
Hoping to see this in the coming future.

Wowww…. 2 years+ to get an intern to make a widget that Isn’t completely useless, and they still can’t pull it off.

I guess it’s true… Silicon Valley is dead.

Pathetic.

I benefit greatly from having a configurable view on my home screen on Android. My wife, also an Asana user, just switched to iOS, and we were so disappointed to see that we didn’t have the same flexibility. Because of the way we both manage tasks in Asana, the today only widget just doesn’t do it.

There are many languages that one can speak. But you chose to speak facts!!!

Please adjust the iOS widget…

Hi, Emily. Can we get an update on this? Asana would be much more effective for me if it didn’t stop reminding me to do something just because I’m tardy. That just makes me tardier!

Please at least make it so that past due items don’t disappear. As it stands now, recurring items are only useful reminders when I’m not too busy to check them off and get a fresh date. They fall off the widget, otherwise. Guess when I could really use the help remembering them (hint - it’s not when I have plenty of time to maintain my Asana app!).

I’d frankly prefer that it had the same layout as my “My Tasks” tab, since I’ve already put the time into curating that.

It’s disappointing to see that there’s been no visible progress made on the widget since the first edition. I may have to go back to letting Carrot berate me for my lack of productivity. At least I can’t ignore that.

Is there an update on this? I love Asana to manage my team at work but my overdue tasks disappearing from the widget is making me consider switching to a different project management tool.

I’m actually in disbelief that this has been requested for over three years and no action has been taken. I’ve just moved from android to iOS and the widget is pretty much useless. In comparison. Every other task management app I’ve used on iOS gives control over what list you can view in the widget, when will this be updated? Surely at the very least feature parity between the two operating systems is a reasonable expectation?

2+ years later and this still has not been implemented. Extremely disappointing especially because this is so trivial, people have been asking for this for years, and many other productivity suites offer this basic functionality.

Can we please get an improvement to the IOS widget to show weekly tasks or tasks from a specific project?

4 years have passed. As it is the widget is useless. Seems like a pretty easy update

+1 for more options of what to view in the iOS widget.

Oh gosh. Can’t belive this is not possible…

Wow five years out and the widget is still terrible? Please don’t me use two productivity apps just so I can see items that are one day past due!!!

I’m here from your Cortex episode on switching to Asana, but can’t believe how limited the iOS options are. What are you using for a work around at the moment?

August 2025 still not done. Add me to the list of folks that would like to see this available - it is and has been on Android version for a while already!

Showing past due tasks at the minimum would be so helpful. I would love to be able to see specific sections of My Tasks, specifically one I have labeled Front Burner

More than 5 years passed. This is so sad
