this is literally what I have done twice in the last week with no response.

I’m afraid that might be the issue; you have to wait for a response, as mentioned in the post I linked you to:

Note: Our queue is organized by the date and time of each request, and our Support Team addresses older requests first. When you follow up on your own message before your original ticket is addressed, it gets marked as a more recent submission. This can result in a longer wait time for your ticket.
