Integration with HubSpot's CRM features: Tasks

I’m not sure If this case has been taken care of. I was looking into integrating my hubspot crm sales pipeline with asana so projects moved into finished category will automatically create tasks in my production teams kabana pipeline. But, have found that even if integration happens, there would still be some manual entry needed. Zapier seems to have a semi creative IFTT (if this, then that) solution, https://zapier.com/apps/asana/integrations/hubspot or https://zapier.com/apps/asana/integrations/hubspot-crm

@Tyler_Robinson, did you ever get your hubspot crm integrated with Asana? Did Zapier help at all?

It’s been a while since you asked the question, but I think other people might gain from this answer as well.

I work for Unito, and we’re developing a Hubspot-Asana connector for tasks. You’d be able to sync them bi-directionally, meaning from Asana to Hubspot and vice versa. We’re releasing the free beta version soon, so you can sign up for that and give it a shot when we release it.

Hi folks, just wanted to give everyone an update on our latest update to our HubSpot and Asana integration. We now have the ability to link a client in HubSpot to a project in Asana. You can go through our interface and create mappings for all your clients. Once mapped, all tasks created in Asana for a project will be added to the respective client in HubSpot. Same works the other way around as well.

Hi all, I wanted to tell you that we rolled out a new HubSpot + Asana integration.
The HubSpot + Asana integration allows teams to view accurate HubSpot campaign statuses and metrics in Asana.
For example, if a deal has progressed to a new stage in HubSpot, teams using Asana to coordinate the next steps can see important information like deal amount and deal owner.

HubSpot deal widget in the task
You can see the following;

  • Deal stage in the pipeline
  • Amount
  • Deal owner

HubSpot email campaign widget in the task
You can see the following;

  • Email campaign status
  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Delivery date
