Hi! The messages in my inbox aren’t marked as read until I wait for 5-10 seconds. It’s very irritating in case when somebody creates a big project and assigns several tasks on me in a bulk.
Moreover this behavior is very counterintuitive and different from how inboxes typically work in all other products.
When this will be fixed?

I cannot really replicate this issue. When I archive a message it happens instantly and I can quickly archive a bunch of messages after each other.
I recommend checking these troubleshooting steps first to see if it helps.
Hi @Andrea_Mayer, thank you! I was talking about the use case when I don’t want to archive the inbox messages, but just want to click though them so they become “read”. Now if you click at the messages one by one they stay “unread”. You need to click on the message and then wait for 5-10 seconds. And then they become “read” (the blue round tag disappears).
Hey, same here… I am unable to have the messages marked as read, unless I wait the fixed period of time. Would be nice to have an option to mark as read via button/selection or to adjust the time.

same here, both the windows client and MS edge…
PM software is supposed to help expedite workflow, not log jam me trying to “clear” statuses.
I need them cleared when i need them cleared so when I see the unread dot on my inbox I know it’s NEW and not something i just didn’t want to spend my lunch hour clearing out.
