When a user is removed from an organization in Asana, all of their work is unassigned by default.
This makes sense, but the task and project activity feed does not reflect this “unassignment” activity.
You can scroll back to see the activity of when the task was originally assigned to that individual, but you cannot see the date/time stamp of when the task was unassigned, and who it was unassigned from.
It would be helpful from an audit / historical record view to see when a task became unassigned due to a user leaving the organization.
