Improving management and executive level communications

I fully support the “team” approach and the value of working together as a team. Asana’s basic product allows our whole team to work on and keep records of their tasks and responsibilities.

There are times when leaders and management need to see the whole picture. It is normal business procedure for members of management level to be part of a team, as well as require specific and in-depth information that does not pertain to non-management team members/employees. In my case particular- I need statistics. Possibly just Asana’s next level package.

Therefore, I suggest Asana create and implement a funnel-type system to filter information upward as needed. The filter should also maintain team members’ status and not allow.
I believe what I’m suggesting, is to intertwine Asana upgrades and services with the basic service. Please make your different levels communicate to each other yet ONLY communicate necessary levels to the appropriate team members.

We all have to work together- that’s how we make great things happen! Leaders and company managers need to stay in the loop of those projects, while answering to executives and BODs.
Asana is a great product- please keep making it better and more versatile!

This could very well be the case. Which tier are you currently on? Have you tried create a Dashboard in the Insights>Reporting section in your sidebar?
