Improve the speed with which newly created tasks can be found and connected

There is a series of actions I am using all the time:

1. create a task B
2. go into task A and mark the task as blocked by task B

The issue here is that task B can’t be found by name (or by pasting the link) unless you wait several seconds (a dozen seconds sometimes). Ideally a created task is “immediately” indexed by the search and usable right away
