It seems that Asana Ai is trying to be ‘helpful’ and adding projects to other teams it thinks is a ‘good’ idea… ITS NOT lol
When I check the project details and see the team it is in, it is in the original team that it’s meant to be in. BUT when you look at all the projects in a separate team than it can be found there as well. How do I undo the genius of Ai?
Hi @David_Ryan , check out the project’s blue Share button in the top right area. You should find the Teams listed as Members that the project is shared with. Simply remove the Teams so the project no longer shows up in that Team’s All Work tab.
Thank you Richard, such an easy fix, but it did my head in for a bit as our teams are well organised normally
