How to keep tasks from disappearing when completed

Hello,
I noticed when I mark a task in a section of a project completed it disappears on Mobile. I am trying to make a short video about the foundation of my business and would like the tasks to stay visible so I can see my progress as time goes on.

Is there a setting to just mark a task as completed without it going away? This is only for tasks that are directly under a section. If I click on that task and add a sub task inside of it, I do not experience this problem.
I don’t use the web app yet so maybe there is an option for this on the web app.

Visually it would be:
project: Jason’s business>Task: branding (this is where it disappears if I mark completed) > subtask: flyers (subtasks don’t disappear).

Also, sometimes when I go to my projects, if I have not accessed a project in a while on mobile, it does not show up without me searching for its name. Do I have to start the projects to keep them on my start list or is there a way to just see all of my projects in one place?

I forgot to add a section to visualization.

Project: Jason company> Section: marketing>task:branding (this disappears)>subtask: flyers (this stays even when completed)

Hello @Jason_Baseball - first off, welcome to our community forum!

In your project, you will want to turn off the filter that hides completed tasks as they are completed. I have uploaded screenshots on where to find this.
