Hi,
We have 700 clients. Each one has a project in a team called “Clients”. This team is a member of those project, often with the “Commenter” permission (this is an old setting we haven’t changed).
Now, a new team member joined our team and we want them to have Editor access on all those 700 projects. What options do I have?
I tried inviting them to a portfolio and giving them access to those projects automatically but they are getting the default access level.
Am I stuck with writing some code? or manually updating each project?

Hey @Bastien_Siebman, I think Asana should propose an option either on Bundle or Portfolio to solve this, currently it manual and i have faced similar issue with one of our client
We were able to make it work by setting up a portfolio with a rule that says “if work added > invite member XYZ as Editor” and then we used our free i.DO tool (iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations) to add all projects from that team in the portfolio.
