Marie here from the Community team Today, I’d like to share some guidelines on why and how to flag content in the Forum, so you can actively help us keep this forum a safe and organized space!
Flagging content is the best way to bring a post/thread to our attention. There are many reasons for flagging content; here is a non-exhaustive list of reasons why you should flag content:
A topic/post breaks our guidelines.
A post is off-topic and irrelevant to the current discussion (based on the thread’s title and first post).
A post considered spam (see what qualifies as spam here)
A post contains sensitive information.
A duplicate topic. From time to time, users will create a new thread on a topic that already exists in the Forum. Our moderators can merge threads, so please flag it to our team if you come across a duplicate. This is particularly important in the #product-feedback to help us keep all comments and vote on one topic in the same place.
- Click on the three dots menu below the post you’re looking to flag
- Click on the icon
- Select the most appropriate reason for lagging your post
- Click “Flag post.”
