what is the waiting time for a support response? how can i talk to a live support? (Not with a bot that redirects to e-mail contact).

The response time depends on whether you are on a paid or free plan. If you only have a free plan then it will take longer for them to get back to you.
Also keep in mind whenever you follow up on an existing ticket that will push back your request to the end of the queue.
There is no phone support I am afraid.
