How I Stop Losing Description Formating

I have been writing summaries in the descriptions of my tasks with line spaces, bolding words and using the bullet points
I close the task. When I reopen the task, the formatting remains for a few seconds and then condenses into one long paragraph without any of the formatting I previously added. Its so frustrating. Any ideas of how to stop this from happening? Thanks!

This is not common, and no other recent reports here, so perhaps there’s something in your environment causing this (perhaps a browser extension if using a browser). Are you using the Asana browser app? Does it occur on the mobile app? Or in another browser?
