How do you organizing a large amount of rules (besides bundles?)

Hello! I have recently taken over managing and adding rules in Asana. We have so many rules 30+, and looking for recommendations on how you organize/manage the rules?
Do you do this outside of Asana? I just find it hard to remember where everything lives, and also sharing rules with the team.

I agree with you, it could be a little cumbersome to understand the structure. I know that some clients use Miro boards to map out everything. We also always make sure that we name the rules properly, and we even number them in a project. With the new site nav being worked on, there is a button that gives you access to the list of rules. Maybe it will make things a little bit better for you (However, it creates one rule per project when a bundle is applied, so it might create a lot of noise, we’ll see.)

Thanks! When you say Miro, does it integrate? and just mirrors the rules? Just trying to figure out the best way to organize the rules per-project. Just worry it’s hard to know where all rules live (if you didnt create them). and I’d like it to be more organized. Also drag and drop feature would be even better! ::slight_smile:

It integrates but wouldn’t pull the rules automatically.
