How do I use a task template when creating a task from a form

Hello - I can see thread from 2021 that says it is not possible but wondering if anything has changed since then.

I am creating tasks from a form and would like to use the task template when doing so.

Is this possible?

@Gareth_Brown - that’s not natively possible, but depending on what is in your task template (e.g., fields, subtasks, etc.), you could accomplish much of that using rules triggered by tasks being added to a project via a specific form.
