Hello is there any way of seeing the task in hours in Asana per day? I work on many tasks daily. There only seems to be a function of seeing week long projects.
What I mean is… Google Cal lets you drag the hours of your work down to see visually how long it will take. But Asana seems to work only in day long projects? Is this right?

Yes, I’m afraid that’s a limitation currently of native Asana; you’re not missing anything.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me can merge this because there’s likely an existing request.

A client of mine had the same need, I coded an automation appending the duration in the task name → “[3d] Review blog design”
The tasks could be different sizes, or just have the estimated time displayed on each task. This would be SO helpful
When trying to have events from your ASANA calendar sync to a Google calendar, it marks the evnt as “busy” and “all day”. You cannot undo this back in google calendar, in fact, you can’t even delete the event from your calendar so entire days get locked in your shared calendars. Better integration needed. Thanks!

This is one of my few qualms with Asana. I’m a very visual person, and being able to see exactly how long certain tasks may take is one of my favorite Google Calendar features. Admittedly, it’s why I’ve continued to use Google Calendar instead of Asana for my daily tasks. Fingers crossed that they add this feature soon!
