How do I create multiple boards in a project?

Hello,

I am developing a course, which contains multiple modules. How do I create a project, which has multiple boards (1 board per module) inside it? If I cannot, what is the easiest way to carry this out?

I just started using asana today, so am very new.

One project with board layout per module is the way to go I think.

Why would you NOT allow for multiple boards to be an option/configured, as needed, per project container?

Is this an option now?

This is still not possible Maria.

Hi @Bastien_Siebman

Is the option of creating multiple boards in one project available now?

You now have Saved Views, allowing you to have several Board views with different filters and sorts.

But the filters are only affecting the tasks not the board layout. Is there a way to create two boards with different layouts in the same project?

Is this option available yet? I need multiple boards for events or marketing for example. One board that visually shows all of my events so I don’t have 20 events showing on the left side that must be clicked on individually but everything on the same board. I can do this by adding a section for each event, but then each event tasks are associated with the name of the first board/event which makes it impossible to know which event is referred to on email task notifications, for example. I want each event to have its own column with all of the tasks for that event in that column similar to Trello. .How do I do this without using Add a Section? Thank you

Hi @Lisa_Henry2, welcome to the forum! This could be accomplished with saved board views, custom fields, and grouping, instead of sections. Check out this post by @Richard_Sather for inspiration!
