We want one group calendar and want to share our outlook calendars into the Asana group calendar. I’m seeing the ability to share Asana’s with outlook, I need to work in the other direction.

It is currently not possible to link your Outlook calendar.
I recommend upvoting here: Real time, two ways Calendar integration
In this thread also some workarounds are mentioned such as zzbots.
If none of the tools allow you to sync more outlook calendars into one Asana project you can just set up rules to multi-home all tasks.
