How can I view and then edit a list of all projects in my organisation?

Hello, can anyone tell me how I can view and then edit a list of all projects in my organisation?

I know how to view them (via search or reporting function) but there is no way to then edit this list e.g. I’d like to add custom fields. I need to see all projects in my organisation, then add custom fields to map out what projects will be delivered in 2025. @Bastien_Siebman is this only possible with iDO tools?

Or is there a way to create a portfolio and then add all projects in one go?
