I have dozens of short terms projects that range from 4 to 20 hours and acros three to four team members. I would like to setup a project using templates then track actual time/ cost with varied labour rates of team members. Thanks for any feedback.
Your best chance is probably to use custom fields to store hours. Then with the help of a script, you could have a field computed automatically with cost based on the hourly rate of the assignee and the number of hours put down. If you are interested, I have a working solution, contact me in PM
