A team member accidentally deleted a task yesterday making me aware of the fact that there is not currently a confirmation requirement when deleting a task. There is, however, a confirmation requirement when PERMANENTLY DELETING a task.
How can I require confirmation when initially deleting tasks?
Train people that red items in the interface always mean destructive actions.
Inform them they can extend the lenght of the pop-up notification duration under: Settings > Display > Pop-up notification duration. This gives you a bit more time to undo unwanted changes.
Restrict project access to comment only. This sets a whole lot of other restrictions though, so I’d rather people be sufficiently trained to be trusted with at least editor access.
