The bigger issue is this: Asana does NOT serve their client base. This Shortcut Key command to move to the Date Field is a problem that has been brought up frequently to no avail. Moreover, this is an Asana FEATURE that feels like a smack in the face every time a user attempts to use it as it is intended. It is erratic and totally unreliable.
Our sister company is on Click Up and the number one difference is that they love the service. It’s a cultural business choice for Asana ─ give outstanding customer service or not. I can’t make it happen but if Asana leadership and management is truly operating by the “principles” to which they profess this problem and others would be handled much differently.
Hoping for the best but expecting the same…
