Help with priority in Workload view

I have two questions about priorities in Workload view.

1. I have the color set to priority, but now all the tasks are white, even though our priority options have colors. Not sure why those colors aren’t pulling.

2. Am I able to otherwise view the priority of the tasks in the Workload view?

It doesn’t matter if someone has 50 tasks if they all have low priority. But 3 really big tasks with high priority might be too much.

See the screenshot below to see how you can select the color of your tasks to show the colors of the priority field in Workload:

Please note that your field needs to be added to your Organization’s library first. You can find this option when you edit your field.
