Google Sheet Integration with Portfolios

Hi there! I am trying to leverage the google sheet integration with my portfolio view and I’m running into a few challenges where the live source data isn’t pulling some of the custom fields as well as the project description. Was looking for some guidance on how to ensure all info is pulled over into sheets.

Hi @Grace_Lazarus, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!

When you export Portfolios to Google Sheets, the file will include all custom fields added to the projects and the project descriptions. I just tested but I was unable to reproduce the issue, in this case, I recommend you to contact our support team and send them this information:

  1. URL of the Portfolios
  2. Google Sheets file with incomplete information
  3. Send the name of one example project that is part of your Portfolio but its information doesn’t appear in the file.
