I’m looking for a way to add e-mail’s and attachments to tasks created for the relevant members of my team however its not working.
I am using the Asana add-on to gmail and creating a task (while checking the “add attachments” box) and once i click the “create task” button it tells me it cant attach the e-mail to the task and it goes out as a “task” with no attachments or link to e-mail… Could someone please help.

For attachments that you are trying to add via the gmail integration how big are they?
Because there is a 100MB per file limit for attachments. So I am wondering if that might be the reason?
Did anyone ever solve this? Same issue and I can’t access any help or support with it anywhere. The chatbot is the gatekeeper and it’s openly malfunctioning (“a system error occurred…”). I’m about to cancel Asana over this, totally useless product at this point.
