Git Hub authorization is not connecting with Asana

Good Morning.

I’m trying to connect one of our Asana projects to GitHub. After authenticating with GitHub to allow permissions to Asana, we get a “Success” message. However, the open Asana application is continue to wait for Authentication, and it never connects. When I try to refresh, it prompts me all over again.

Steps I’ve tried:

• Cleared Cache on Browser
• Restarted Asana and Browser
• Deleted Asana and Re-installed

Still the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this. I’d love to use the feature, but right now, it’s just not happening for us.

It’s been a while, so I hope you have resolved your issue.
I had the exact same problem. What helped was to open asana in the browser, not in the desktop app.
