Hi all - for the past few days, every time I edit a form I’ve created and click save, i am receiving this error. It then reverts to the prior version of the form and doesn’t save. I have updated my chrome browser & my mac, tried in incognito mode, in a different browser, and even downloaded the mac desktop app and still receive the error every time.
To be clear, I am not trying to submit the form. I am editing the form questions/fields themselves.
This form is crucial for a project I’m working on, and I cannot move forward without being able to edit the form. Please assist - thank you!
Hi Larry, thanks! I ended up just re-creating the form again, and it seems to be working ok. If the problem happens again, I’ll definitely reach back out to support.
