Hi community, I’ll get straight to the point.

While Asana is a strong tool, competitors are surpassing its features. To maintain our edge in seamless project management, Asana requires the following enhancements:

  • greater sidebar customization;
  • a customizable homepage featuring project-specific tasks;
  • expanded task types (like Item task, Quiz task that’s linked to all submissions on that link;
  • adjustable board/list scaling beyond compact mode;
  • options to disable persistent notifications;
  • and pre-task notifications or alerts, especially when tasks have assigned times.

These limitations impact my work and that of clients, and addressing them is crucial to remain competitive.

Adding this feature to Asana would help me convince more customers. Thank you for considering these suggestions.
