is there an automation in Flowsana that allows for the removal of collaborators or assignees once a trigger is met?

Half yes, half no. Flowsana has an “unassign task” rule action so yes, can remove the assignee based on any trigger. There’s not currently a rule action to remove collaborators, though - it’s something I’ve thought about and should probably add!
