We’ve recently started using Flowsana, and noticed that some of its activity isn’t being properly tracked.

We have a user, processing, that will automatically add tasks to a project as emails come in. Then, when the task enters the untitled section of that project, Flowsana kicks in and updates a couple custom fields, namely: “Production Rep (Quoter)” and “Time Stamp (Production) NEW!”. For reference, we have Flowsana making updates under the processing username and these automations have been in place for several days without being edited.
This first All Activity feed includes processing making the task, adding to the project, and assigning to itself; but it doesn’t have processing updating those two fields that I mentioned.
At the bottom of the feed, we see that I (Alex Fouse) changed the Production Rep (Quoter) field FROM “Not Assigned” – but nowhere in the feed did that field go TO “Not Assigned”.
The second feed shows processing make the edits I mentioned above.
In this instance, it’s not a huge deal. But we’ve recently seen tasks move into sections they shouldn’t be in, and all section move activity is missing. I feel like this isn’t how it’s supposed to work, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
