Filters are not displayed

Hello, after updating the Asana, the ability to view completed tasks for the past week disappeared. I wrote earlier on the forum and came to the conclusion that I and my colleagues (who also had it updated). not all filters are displayed. I give an example of how others have filts

As I have displayed:

That is, I need to look at the closed tasks for the last week, and I can’t do it quickly. I have to look at all closed tasks and rewind the date I need

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

Steps to reproduce:

Browser version:

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?

I forgot to write.
The installed version of Chrome is 118.0.5993.89 (Official build), (64 bit).
The basic version of the asana

I’m able to see Tasks completed just in the past week, with no issue, but I did note one odd thing; the “Completed on / Last week” filter is not available when you have the “Completed tasks” filter active. (Why? These filters are totally compatible for all possible use cases.)

…whereas you can use the “Last week completion filter” if you remove the “Completed tasks” filter.

Hello, the problem is that I don’t even have a choice, I recorded a video, maybe it will be clearer this way :pensive:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XMpZOZGlZsz3LphHg2EvHCe-vWdOy0e8/view?usp=drive_link

I can’t access that. Would you mind posting screenshots? Just attempt to do the same actions I show above and take a screenshot of that.

Even if you remove the “Completed Tasks” filter, no other filters appear. There is no “completion last week” filter at all.

There is simply no such functionality as you have.

@Худякова_Наталья_Вик , what happens when you click on “Completed Status”?

Replicating your exact settings, what I see is this:

So as you say, that definitely IS different from what you see. Something is clearly wrong.

I’d go through standard troubleshooting:

  1. Relaunch browser or app
  2. Check both browser and app
  3. Delete cookies
  4. Disable extensions
  5. Check your colleagues for this issue
  6. Check other projects for this issue - including creating a new one from scratch
  7. Check whether your service level has this as a limitation

Failing that, contact support. Good luck!

  • This is what happens when I click on “Status completed". I understand that I have a service level restriction.

Please tell me how to write to tech support? I can’t understand

Ok, let me re-explain quickly:

  1. Access you project
  2. By default, the Completion status should be selected. Click on the x to remove the filter Capture d’écran 2023-10-26 à 11.31.16
  3. Then click on “+Add filter” and select "Completed on
  4. Click on the dropdown menu and scroll to “Next week”

If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend to send a screencast to our support team. Here are the steps: How to contact our Support Team ✉

Hello, the thing is that I don’t have a “Completed on” filter. Thanks for the help. Maybe I have a limited version of the asana.

There are different service levels with increasing features on each. If you’re on Free, I believe that has only minimal search, which probably accounts for what you’re seeing. I believe that use of the detailed filters is considered Advanced Search and according to this, is not available in the Free plan. ← Would be great for an Asana rep to confirm all of this. @Marie

Hello!

Project filters should be available to all users, so I don’t think that’s the issue. @Худякова_Наталья_Вик could you forward a screencast to our support team to take a close look into this? Thanks!

Good afternoon, please tell me where to send a screenshot of the error? Maybe a link to technical support. I wrote to the tech support chat, there’s a bot that doesn’t understand the essence
