Filter Due date doesn't work

Hi everyone ,

when we use the filter of due date and we choose today or this week , nothing shows up.
But there are tasks with these dates. What is wrong?

@i.lagou, The tab in your first screenshot where you set the filter is “List.” The tab in your second screenshot is a different tab. Filters are set for each tab separately. Could that be the reason why it’s appearing not to work for you?

Thanks,

Larry

I believe the issue does not pertain to the list view or calendar view.
When I tried it in my Asana, the due date filter for today was displayed correctly.

Hmmm, I just tested again and it’s working for me, and it was when I wrote my last reply here. @i.lagou, if my last post didn’t help, Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

Thanks,

Larry

These are different tabs , I’ve sent you the calendar just to see that there are tasks with due date today. When we use filter due date = today there are no tasks.
In other projects the filters work properly.

A few months ago, I recall seeing a similar post.
(Let us search within the forum.)

To clarify, does this issue occur in a specific project, or is it prevalent across multiple projects?
(Have you attempted the same task in several different projects?)

In other projects everything works correctly, only in this project appears the issue.

Indeed, what happens if one were to choose alternative options, such as ‘Due Tomorrow’?

The only filter that works is “due before today”. I’ve add new tabs but nothing changes.

I believe it would be advisable to contact support, following @lpb’s advice.

What are your grouping and sorting options? And does removing all other groups/sorts/filters change anything about the behaviour?

After removing filters-sorts-groups , still there are no tasks with due date = today or next week.
I don’t know what is going on with this project.

Very strange. And if you create a new tab?

If that doesn’t work you’ll probably need support. I’m not sure how the support cues are a.t.m., but if you haven’t yet I’d create a ticket today.

A workaround may be to create a new project and move all of the tasks. I’d first try to copy the current project without so that you don’t have to recreate everything. Do this without copying the tasks, and moving those over after creation to keep all status/comments/history connected to tasks

If that doesn’t work a new project might be the solution you need.

I get that this is not ideal, but these are the only things I can think of.
