It would be really helpful to have more options when filtering by the due date in list view. When I click custom filter I can filter it up to 14 days, but my company has quite a few recurring monthly tasks, so we would like to be able to filter to show the next 30 days. We love your platform! Thank you!

I’d love to have more options to customize the “filter by due date” feature.
We often look in projects, especially ones with recurring tasks, for “work that needs to be done.”
In our use case, the most helpful filter would be “tasks due today or earlier”—as it is with the current options, we have to cycle through “before today,” “today,” or “this week.”
It is possible to create a custom search report, but this loses the “sorting within sections” that makes the tasks much more usable and organized.
While I’d love to specifically see a “today and earlier” filter for due date, I imagine a more flexible custom filter would probably help the most folks.
I came here to suggest a similar thing. More filtering options would be great, especially if one could decide the dates instead of having pre-fixed days (give a calendar instead of “due in 1 week, 14 days”).
2 Years later and this still does not seem to be added. Seems like a massive miss for a project management system.
Is this forum only for customers or do they actually look at these posts as well?

They are definitely monitoring the votes and views for all the product feedback request threads. However they do not always comment on every single message in feedback request threads.
If you look at the features Asana has released over the past months you will notice there are quite a few, including some well requested ones from the forum.
Adding to this thread too! We look at upcoming due dates beyond 2 weeks so if we can filter month by month, that would be super helpful.
Hi on the Asana app, I can’t seem to filter by “today” and “before today”, while on the web version I can do so. Can you add this function to the app too just so it synchronizes all devices?

Seriously, it’s a major pain having only limited options to filter a list by due date. It seems like a very simple lift to add the ability to put in a custom start/end date for the filter or at least “Due next X days.” Really disappointing to have to constantly deal with this limitation.
It’s makes no sense to not have a custom option. I thought may be I am not fully conversant with Asana, and searched on Google how to add customer filer in due date for a project in Asana. Landed here just to know that it is missing since 2020 with no updates! 
It seems like this would be a simple addition and add tons more flexibility. I have some annual recurring tasks that I do not need to see until they’re within 30-60 days of the deadline. It would be great to have a custom filter to select the number of days within the deadline myself, instead of being limited to only 14 days, next week, this week, or tomorrow.

I just realized that I can filter a project by the tasks that are due today and after, but only up to 14 days 
. This means that if I can’t filter by the tasks that are due only in the future, even though I can filter by the tasks that are due in the past (Due before today).
I think they should expand the options for filtering by date, similar to the dashboard filters.

Is this still not resolved? This seems like another huge miss in Asana Capability.
Wow, it’s been 4 years, and despite frequent requests for this simple-to-implement feature, the Asana team still hasn’t added it. When will it finally get done?
I also come here to stay updated on this topic. This feature would be a fantastic support for our organization—and it looks like others feel the same! I hope this feature will be implemented pretty soon…
Really need this feature to be added. The point of being able to use a system is to track deadlines and it would be very helpful to have a fully customizable date option that goes beyond just 14 days. There are due dates beyond this.
Hate not having this on the app. I use the web version on my phone. It keeps asking me to use the app but the app is so limited with functionality.
