When I download the attached file, named Korean to my PC, the file name changes into code-type file name that I can’t recognize it anymore. Is there any tip to fix it? Currently I try to attach the file after changing the name to English though. Thanks!

Just to confirm if I understood your issue, are you reporting that the name of your file is changed when you download it from Asana? Does it happen only when the name of your file is in Korean?

Thanks for asking. It is only happening when I download the file named in Korean. Then the file is saved with the name like codes , “%8EB9EC…29”

Thanks for confirming this information, @HW_Lee! I investigated this further and this is because we currently don’t support Korean language in Asana. Unfortunately we don’t have a workaround for this are the moment, apologies for any inconvenience!
Can you please let me know when Asana will be fixing this issue?
We don’t have immediate plans to change this but I’ll keep you posted once we have any updates!
