Hi Everyone!
Hoping someone can shed some light here. I appear to have hit a bit of a feedback loop.
We implemented Asana not long back and now want to start looking at using forms internally.
When we set up Asana, we wanted to restrict who in the organisation could request a licence, therefore when we enabled SSO, people within the organisation have to be added to a specific AD group, otherwise, they are unable to request a licence. (we have to have stuff fairly locked down because public sector company)
With the new forms submission, you’re able to share the form internally with colleagues so that you’re able to provide updates back to them via email, however, unless we have added them to the AD group, when they enter their email address to fill in a form and proceed to next stage, they are naturally kicked out because they don’t have AD access.
Is there any way I can allow access for organisation users (all using the same domain) to submit via forms, without allowing them access to request a licence?
