Hey everyone! ![]()
I run a paid media and digital marketing agency, and I was really excited when Client Management was turned on in our workspace. Having all our client accounts organized in one place inside Asana is exactly what we’ve been waiting for.
But right now, the Clients tab only offers one way to look at our accounts: a List view.
The Problem:
A flat list works when you have a handful of clients. As an agency juggling multiple accounts at different stages (onboarding, active, renewal, at risk), I need to see the big picture at a glance. Today I can’t group, drag or visually organize clients the way I do with everything else in Asana.
What we really need:
The same view flexibility we already have in projects:
- Board view, grouping clients by stage, status or any custom field.
- Other layouts like Timeline or Calendar where they make sense (e.g., contract start and renewal dates).
Asana’s strength has always been letting each team see work the way it makes sense for them. Bringing that to the Clients tab would turn it into a real account management workspace, not just a directory.
