Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Every time i try to attach a picture to a task (take a photo, not attach a file) after taking the pic i get an error message “Failed to attach the file max 20mb” (something like that)
Steps to reproduce:
Open a task on android app, samsung s10, last update april, try to attach a photo to a task
Browser version:
Asana android app

Forgot to say, it happens ONLY with the s10, not with my previous s9 or any other of my coworkers phone (unfortunately no one have the same phone as me)

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Would you mind trying to uninstall and reinstall the app and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi, I was having the same problem with m s9 note. Were you able to resolve the issue?
Sadly i got no support from asana staff, just the indication of re-install the application.
I did in fact try that , removing the data and cache but nothing, the problem persists.
I had to restore the phone to factory status and then it worked
