Hi there! I use a note tab in my project as a place to take notes for bi-monthly meetings with one of our leadership groups. I’ve set up the note so that each month’s notes are in a table/chart with the date, agenda, notes, and action items. So, there are 12 tables per “note” tab. (I’ve copied a screenshot of what my table looks like)
I’m looking to copy and export the notes into a word document (ideally) or a pdf so that I can upload the year’s worth of notes into our organization’s sharepoint site. I’ve seen people recomment opening the project in the web version of Asana and then using the print option to create a pdf; however that is not working for me.
Is there a way to seamlessly transfer tables of notes into word doc? I’ve tried copy/pasting but only the text is copied, not the table structure.
Any help would be appreciated!
@Helana_Mulder Welcome to the Asana community btw
Do you mind sharing why that option isn’t working for you? There may be a solution to why.
When I try that option, it comes up as over 1,000 pages to export. Additionally, the table is bigger than the 8x11 standard size paper in width, so even if I could print, it wouldn’t all fit on a page. This is why I’d like to copy and paste into Word so I can adjust the tables/view manually
