I like how we can convert emails to asana tasks in gmail app. Is there a similar function in Evernote ? Whenever I capture stuff, I use evernote, but I’d like to have that same feature with gmail that we can easily convert emails to asana tasks.

There’s not a native integration; you can use Zapier to connect them and create tasks from Evernote notes:

Since there’s no native way of achieving this, you could also make it work with Integromat. It’s a no-code platform that lets you connect Asana to almost any other app and automate all kinds of processes.
You can check out the Asana and Evernote integrations to see what the options are (the integration pages include the lists of available features, i.e. triggers, actions, and pre-made templates, for both services).
Anyway, for your use case, it would be the classic “watch notes” → “create a task” combo
