Is the information in ASANA tasks or projects sent to and stored on the ASANA servers in an encrypted form ?
I ask because some of the ASANA tasks may use confidential information – I want to know if the information is at least sent in an encrypted form up to the cloud.
Hi @Remedium_Pharmacy, the Asana API and the Asana web app require HTTPS connections, so all traffic is encrypted in transit. You should refer to our different pricing plans to determine whether your data is encrypted within our servers. I believe this is only true for our Enterprise plan, but if you contact our sales team (there are links on the pricing pages) they can confirm the available features for you.
Quick update on this topic on top of the previous reply from Joe, data encryption at rest is currently available for all paid Asana tiers.
