Enable ability for user to set "Notes" section in addition to “task”. Not all workspaces or items are task oriented.

In addition, having a two step process for the completion of tasks would be beneficial. At least within my organization, it appears some users erroneously complete “tasks” when the item isn’t necessarily a “task” but rather a project which is linked to several other teams through automation rules.
