Embedding key project info from Asana in a page on a SharePoint website

+1 from another enterprise customer.

Our SharePoint site is the central hub where stakeholders access project documentation, updates, and reporting, while Asana is our system of record for project execution.

My goal is not to recreate reporting in another platform, but simply to display an existing Asana dashboard as a live, read-only view within SharePoint, while continuing to enforce Asana’s native permissions. If a user doesn’t have access to the project in Asana, they shouldn’t be able to view the embedded dashboard.

The current alternatives (API, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) require rebuilding dashboards outside of Asana, creating duplicate reporting and additional maintenance. One of Asana’s strengths is its dashboards, and it would be incredibly valuable to securely surface those existing dashboards in SharePoint without needing to recreate them elsewhere.

I hope the Product team considers this capability, as I believe it would benefit many enterprise customers using SharePoint as their central collaboration hub.
