Hi there, Posting here as I can’t login to https://help.asana.com/ We are having an issue with our Asana hub. Over the past week, staff members have been reporting that due times are randomly being assigned to recurring tasks, that previously did not have a due time assigned. How can we stop this…

That’s odd… It sounds to me this might be an issue of timezones, although I’m not sure how this can be resolved. Did it only just start happening?

Yes, it started happening maybe 2 weeks ago. Before that there was no time assigned to recurring tasks - just a date. Which would be my preference. I’m not sure if the upload works but I’ve tried adding a screenshot of how a recurring task automatically appears: [Screenshot 2024-10-28 160206]

I’m having the same issue. It also started 2 weeks ago. These are tasks that have been repeating regularly for years and suddenly there is a time of 5pm on the due date. Is it a glitch from a new update or a new setting that didn’t exist before that needs to be addressed? I’d love to get rid of it.

It has happened to me too, but I only noticed it today for the first time. Must be a bug.

Has anyone had any success with support fixing this for them? The support function is really buggy for me and I’m struggling to get through to an actual person, so only want to keep pursuing it if I’m likely to get a solution.

I filled in the temporary form this morning so hopefully they can resolve it. My colleague has just reported the same issue though, so it seems like a site-wide bug.

@Forum-team I also see this in my work instance. Will contact support. Since it seems to be affecting more and more people I’m wondering if it this should be moved to Critical Bugs
