Speaking of List View in particular.
I have times where I need to widen the task title or a custom field, and end up hitting a glass “wall” where I cannot widen it anymore.
Take today for example. I am doing a split screen because I have a LOT of tasks where I need to use MS Word to type up a document, and I NEED to be able to see the parent task of all these tasks. But, I cannot widen that field any more unless I widen the entire Chrome screen to the point that I can’t have the Word document open…and I’m using a 40" monitor.
In the screenshot you can see that I have the task name column as wide as it will go and I cannot see the name of nearly any of the parent tasks, even though there’s PLENTY of horizontal room. I don’t mind at all if the custom fields got pushed off the edge of the screen if I manually increase the width of the task title. But as things are, when I do try to increase them, I hit a limit and cannot widen it any further which seems arbitrary and unhelpful
